Raja Harishchandra, his wife Taramati and his young son lived in happily in your kingdom. The king is teaching his son archery. They go on a hunt. The king enters an area controlled by the Sage Vishwamitra. Three furies appear before the king caught in flames.

Sathya Harishchandra, a young and whacky person, falls in love. The movie follows the love story of the young lad and answers if the prankster ever becomes serious about romance in his life.

This movie is based on the great poet Raghavanka's 'Harishchandra Kavya'. Satya Harishchandra is an epic based on the mythological King Raja Harishchandra who was renowned for upholding truth under any circumstance. So much is his resolve that Harishchandra and his family are sold into bondage and separated.

Raja Harishchandra, Ayodhya's King, is destined to give up everything, including his wife, children and his kingdom, in order to follow path of Dharma.
